Journaling is more than just putting pen to paper. It's a chance to capture memories, reflect on feelings, and witness growth. The little boy I used to care for each day, my Mr. Sir, had countless insights that left me amazed. His straightforward yet profound views on life were what pusehd me to write "Chasing Wisdom," his words that also have a Bible verse included, as well as room for each reader to journal.

The Power of Sincerity

Mr. Sir had a way of expressing himself that was truly special. His honesty was clear—he freely shared his feelings and observations. I recall many moments when he would see things in the grass or as the clouds drifted past. He excitedly pointed something out to me and would proceed to tell me all about what he saw with his beatuiful eyes and insightful heart. These observations struck me, reminding me of the importance of being authentic and opening my eyes to what can be seen through the pwoer of innocence.

Finding Joy in the Small Things

One significant lesson I learned from my little guy was about finding joy in everyday moments. He would marvel at things I took for granted. A simple dandelion on our walk transformed into a magical flower in his imagination, or a puddle became a world of adventure.

Wisdom Beyond His Years

His honest and simple ways always resonated deeply with me because, at such a young age, he possessed a wisdom that exceeded his years, and I always listened with an open heart. These times with him, keeping track of every word he said, are some of the most profoundly impactful times of my life. Moreover, even though he is not my own by blood, he is truly loved by me like my own children and our times together will always be the best times of my life.

Building a Lasting Connection

I preserve his innocent wisdom and honor our relationship. The collection of memories, our exact converstations, that can be found in the pages of "Chasing Wisdom," became a testament to our bond and the lessons learned along the way. They are truly more than words, but expressions of undertsanding between us where time together was the most important part of the day. They are written with love, a bond shared between myself and the little boy who has my heart.
